Cheese Making Workshops
Regularly scheduled classes are offered throughout the year on Weekends and a few weekdays.

Please note, all classes require advance reservations! Classes for 2012 season are filling up quickly we do not offer classes in August & September and no more classes will be added until Fall 2012 so please reserve
your space early.

Super Savings on Cheese Making Kits
will be available to purchase after the class!
Standing Stone offers a basic cheese making kit that has everything you need to go home and make 6-8 batches of the cheeses we learned how to make in class...if purchased outside of class, this kit is worth approx. $45.00. Due to our ability to buy in bulk, we pass our savings on to our class participants for $25.00 per kit! We only sell our kits to class participants and we limit the purchase to one kit per person. Please note, that we do not offer repeat sales of supplies or
multiple kit purchases.
~A full Lunch will be served including an extensive
cheese course during our full day all-inclusive workshop...bring your own wine to enjoy with a variety of unique artisan cheeses, we suggest Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet and Sparkling wines~

~Private parties available at your home or mine or if you have a group of 6 or more, let me know and I may
be able to schedule a class date that is more
convenient for your group~
Space is limited to 12-15 participants. A
non-refundable deposit per person of $75.00 must be
received in order to hold your space for our full day all-inclusive workshops and $35.00 per person for our
Basic Cheese Making Workshops. If you contact me at least 96 hours before the day of your scheduled workshop, I will make every attempt to fill your
current seat and reschedule you into another workshop.
If you have a gift certificate or coupon all changes must
be made within 96 hours of your scheduled workshop
of your coupon or gift certificate will be subject
to the cancellation fees stated on the gift certificate/coupon unless I am able to fill your seat.
Payment may be made by cash, check or paypal
If you decide to mail your payment please email me so that I can pencil you in. I will hold your space for 5 days while awaiting payment. Please mail your payments to:

~All Workshops must have a minimum of 6 participants booked,
one week before the scheduled workshop date or they will be subject
to cancellation, if you are scheduled in a cancelled class you may
reschedule to another workshop date~
***If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather or my illness/emergency, deposits will be transferred to another class opening and may be used at your convenience, please note again that deposits are not refundable once received***
