  Trix, was a very tall buck with amazing width and length, superb   dairyness, open ribbing, strong feet and legs. In addition to his good looks, he had a calm and regal attitude. His Dam, the stunning GCH Lakeshore Farms EX Tamia 4*M has seven National show wins in 4 years. His maternal half sister LakeShore Farms Just-Tina was the 2002 Spotlight sale doe, selling for $3,100.  In 2008, she was the 2nd place ADGA  Nubian Milk Production Breed leader.  He has sired several daughters with "E" mammaries and his daughter, Lakeshore Farms Tangy Trix has made the Advanced Registry.  We have kept two of his daughters so far and both easily earned their dry legs.  We cannot wait to see them freshen this year. Trix, entered the show ring in 2005 three times, going 3 x 1st and 2 x GCH. He did not have another opportunity to enter the ring until May 2009 where he easily finished.  Trix  was much more than our Senior Herdsire, he was our friend and was truly a very special buck and will forever be remembered as such.

Danny is a truly special buckling and we are so thrilled that he has found himself a home here at our farm.  He is a very long, wide level extremly correct kid and everyday when we watch him in the field we just can not wait for him to be ready to work!  His Dam is very dairy with a beautiful mammary system and we are so thankful to Paul Fox of Foxwood Nubians for allowing us to have this buckling to enhance our breeding program.

We decided it was time to use a buckling of our own, the question was from who....well the answer was pretty easy and we all agreed...Anna.  Anna is one of our favorite Does, nice temperment, best udder, nice general apperance, judges consistently love her and well...Trix...the combination was perfect.  We knew we liked him when we took him to the Music City Classic in May 2009...but, what we did not know was how much the judges would also like him!  The buck show was a combined Sr and Jr. show and he ended up being Reserve Champion in one ring, 2nd in 2 others and 3rd in the INBA Nubian Specialty ring with a SGCH buck in the ring.  We were estactic!  He has continued to grow into a wonderfully mannered  buckling much like his Dam and Sire and has bred several does for us this year.
He now resides in Missouri with the Compton Family and will be very busy as the new Nubian herdsire.



During 2009, we hope to realize a few more of our breeding goals through the use of AI and have already planned breedings using some of the following bucks:

Joe has been Sold- Thank you to the Noble Family of North Carolina.  We will continue Joe's wonderful genetics thru AI and his daughters that were retained in our herd.  He was a wonderful guy and he will always have a place in our hearts.  We are thrilled that he will be the big man on campus at his new home!

Nevada, born 05/14/06 is a really good looking buck with an incredible escutcheon and just style when he prances around.  His immediate pedigree contains 4 National Champions, and 14 Permanent Champions. There are 23 linear appraisal scores of 90 or higher.  His Dam, Sweet-Spring PBC Beri Margarita was 7th at the 2009 Nationals in a very competive 3 - 5 year old class, 2 months later she was 2nd place behind the two time National Champion Kastdemur's Temerity at the California State Fair.  His Sire, *B Kastdemur's Nevada City's pedigree, correctness and demeanor are exceptional. We look forward to getting to know this buckling, and his future kids as I am confident he will continue the line of pedigree royalty.   




CH Price O the Field Beacon  90 EEV

Beacon, born 01.27.2007 is a very large, long, level buck with outstanding dairy character.  He finished his CHampionship as a yearling and his first time appraisal score as a yearling buck was 90 EEV!!  He excels in breed character and has clearly thown dairy and breed character to his kids.  I look forward to seeing mammaries as we could not be happier with doelings we are blessed to be able to own.  We thank the Czaplinski's of Lonestar Nubians in Tennessee for allowing us to use this outstanding buck in our breeding program.
